Jada 30

Diagnosis, programme design and sustained delivery

The Social Development Bank needed to understand why funded businesses were failing before it could respond. Yomn ran the diagnostic study, turned its findings into a mentorship programme and a 60-module learning library, and delivered it with the bank from 2021 to 2024 — a reported 43% reduction in failure rates among participating companies.
