Negaderha
Research-led social impact and sector insight

Yomn designed the study framework and delivery methodology, engaged operators through surveys, workshops and site visits, and turned the findings into measurable objectives, actionable strategies and a Food Waste Management Guiding Manual for the HORECA sector.
